Private Swimming Pool

Sunkissed Cottage comes with its own private and screened pool just perfect for relaxing. Our pool is heated during the winter months for your pleasure and the screen helps to keep mosquitos away.

Did Someone Say Porch?

One of the things we absolutely knew we wanted at our beach house was the perfect porch to sit back and relax from a day in the sun (well, if anyone really needs to relax after a day of sitting by the beach!). A house with a porch large enough for us to install a swing and some seating would definitely fit the bill. Sunkissed Cottage delivered just that and we checked off another item on our list. Now the porch is ready to welcome you.

One of the things we knew we needed to do when we bought our Captiva home was to bring the house out of the 1980's and into the comforts and warmth that a beach house deserved. With the help of our designer, we have done just that. Comfort awaits you at Sunkissed Cottage

"Excellent! Great property, great location! Keyless entry made it easy for the whole group to come and go (no worrying about who has the key). Very short walk to the beach and to stores and dining. Right down the beach from Yolo Watersports. House is just as pictured with newly redone kitchen and master bath (....they are beautiful!). All the equipment provided to fully enjoy Captiva's beach, as well as the refreshing pool. Highly recommended!"
